We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.

Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the specifications of the artwork offered for sale, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Framemakers and its representatives go out of their way to help you identify, source, secure and purchase art for your home or office. In line with the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we are happy to replace any work that is found not to be;

-         as described

-         fit for purpose

-         of satisfactory quality

 The Gallery must be contacted within seven days of the purchase of goods should you require to exercise these rights.

 Please note that the gallery is under no legal obligation to provide you with a refund if;

-         You change your mind about a painting

-         You decide you do not like it

Naturally we will always try to work with you to appropriately remedy any situations arising from the latter.

The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Naturally we aim to ensure that such a situation never arises. Any complaint received will be acknowledged within five working days and you will be informed of a projected time scale for dealing with that complaint, together with the steps we intend to take in dealing with it.


Damaged or faulty items

We check very carefully all orders prior to despatch if a package should arrive damaged please inform us immediately and please keep the original packaging.


Delivery charges

For delivery outside the UK please contact us for pricing.

Our Delivery Charges do not include any customs, import, brokerage charges or any other fees payable upon delivery into a destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order (or any part of the order) if for the following reasons:

- The products ordered by you are no longer available.

- The products are withdrawn from our Service by the authorised licensees or copyright owners, or

- The products cannot be supplied to you in the country you reside.

In which event we will notify you by email and refund any payments you have made for that order or that part of the order.
